Key Job Responsibilities

  • Provide Operations Support Leadership throughout Greater New York Complex
  • Manage Melville Office Staff and 45000 sq/ft Facility
  • Support Advisor Sales Organization of 500 Advisors and Staff.
  • Maintain strong working relationship with multiple Product Service Centers and Headquarters Support
  • Drive culture of concierge sales support services
  • Provide onsite HR service and support to all Advisors and Staff


The base salary range for this position is $105000 $110000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills experience and geographical location. In addition to base pay Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases spot bonuses and shortterm incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Budget Management: Knowledge of the principles and methodology of budget management; ability to utilize the tools techniques and procedures needed to establish and monitor budgets.

Business Analytics: Knowledge of technologies techniques and practices for the evaluation of business performance data; ability to analyze business performance using advanced statistical methods to predict trends and providing forecasts that drive business decisions and business planning.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit receive and accurately interpret ideas information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective selfmanagement practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives projects groups or activities making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
