Your Role at a Glance
As our FullTime Accountant youll take the lead on financial operations for both organizations. From daily accounting to strategic reporting and system optimization your expertise will fuel our continued success. Youll work inoffice collaborating closely with our leadership team and Office Administrator to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
What Youll Be Doing
Maintaining accurate and uptodate financial records for two businesses
Handling A/P A/R payroll coordination and monthly reconciliations
Preparing insightful financial reports (monthly quarterly and annually)
Assisting in budgeting forecasting and financial planning
Ensuring tax compliance in partnership with our external accountants
Working sidebyside with the Office Administrator to support daily operations
Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and scale systems
What Were Looking For
Solid experience with Sage Intacct (a must!
Comfortable using Expensify for expense tracking and reimbursements
A strong track record of delivering accurate financial reports and improving workflows
3 years of fullcycle accounting experience
Organized analytical and laserfocused on details
Eager to thrive in a collaborative fastmoving inperson work environment
Selfstarter with integrity initiative and a cando attitude
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience in the service or staffing industry
Familiarity with Expensify Sage Intacct or similar cloudbased tools
Handson experience in multientity or multistate operations
