How Youll Make An Impact
As a Product Owner Platform Architecture Services you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features working closely with engineering to deliver highimpact platform solutions that drive our product roadmap forward.
What Youll Do
Product Vision & Strategy:
- Collaborate with Product Management to define and communicate the product vision and strategy.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and translate them into innovative product solutions.
Roadmap Management:
- Own and maintain the product backlog ensuring it is aligned with business goals and priorities.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to appropriately balance categories of work among features maintenance and technical debt.
- Develop and prioritize user stories acceptance criteria and detailed requirements.
Crossfunctional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the platform architecture UI/UX design data science and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and highquality product development.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among different teams to drive projects efficiently.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements provide product updates and collect feedback.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to keep the platform competitive and forwardlooking.
Agile Methodology:
- Act as the Scrum Product Owner and participate actively in daily standups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
- Ensure clear communication of priorities and objectives to the development team.
Performance & Metrics Tracking:
- Support key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact.
- Continuously analyze product performance and implement enhancements based on datadriven insights.
The Experience You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in product management or as a product owner preferably within a SaaS or cloud platform environment.
- Experience with integration platforms automation tools or AIdriven solutions.
- Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum framework.
- Exceptional organizational communication and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to make datadriven decisions.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling platform products.
- Strong understanding of platform architecture and cybersecurity principles and technologies including:
- RoleBased Access Control (RBAC) and auditing of user actions
- Key Management Services (KMS)
- Secrets Management solutions
- Centralized notification and alerting
