About the role:
As a Client Services Administrator you will play a vital role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients. You will be the first point of contact for our clients providing exceptional support and ensuring all enquiries are handled with efficiency and professionalism. You will be required to manage inbound communications assist with client inquiries and facilitate the seamless transfer of business during acquisitions. You will work closely with key stakeholders within the business including our Financial Planners supporting the arrangement of annual client review meetings and supporting various projects.
About you:
You have aspirations to become a Chartered Financial Planner or Chartered Paraplanner and are looking for the right business to support those goals. You will be driven selfmotivated and able to handle a busy workload whilst sitting professional qualifications. You could be a graduate who has studied economics or business or someone who has experience within Financial Services already and is looking for progression. You may have already completed some of your CII exams and are looking to put your knowledge into practice. You are a fast learner able to pick things up quickly and seek out learning opportunities. You are naturally inquisitive and have excellent communication skills. You will have sharp attention to detail and work best when faced with a busy workload.
The successful candidate will need to be based at our Cheltenham Office a minimum of 3 days per week with the option to work remotely the remaining days. We value worklife balance and offer flexible working alongside our hybrid approach.
