Are you passionate curious and ready to make a significant impact Join our dynamic EMEA Investor Access Team in London where youll play a crucial role in supporting the of our corporate access products. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that arranges corporate and expert access events for our equity and credit institutional investor clients while also providing Investor Relations services to the firms corporate clients.
As an EMEA Sales and Marketing EMEA Investor Access Analyst within our EMEA Investor Access Team you will be responsible for providing support with a focus on of the originated corporate access product. You will be arranging corporate and expert access events for our equity and credit institutional investor clients and also provide Investor Relations services to the firms corporate clients. This role offers the opportunity to thrive in a fastpaced environment of realtime market pressures while remaining focused on client needs.
Job responsibilities
- Schedule 1:1 and small group meetings at EMEA conferences
- Manage procedures for conference product
- Produce and regularly update Investor Access Presentation Materials
- Update the yearly global events guide
- Organize nondeal roadshows
- Arrange investor trips in Europe including booking meetings with corporates
- Assist in executing Investor access events
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- You bring strong front office administrative experience and knowledge of the capital markets
- You bring Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and MS Word proficiency
- You demonstrate good judgment decisionmaking is your strong point
- You have strong interpersonal skills you listen and communicate in a direct succinct manner
- You are detail oriented and selfmotivated
- Your excellent communication skills both verbal and written can engage and influence partners and stakeholders
- You thrive in a fastpaced environment of realtime market pressures and easily remain focused on client needs
