Duties & Responsibilities
Work closely with a highly experienced Finance Executive who fosters growth and collaboration while being part of a team that values innovation strategic thinking and operational excellence. This role goes beyond numbers offering handson involvement by working closely with cost accountants visiting warehouses and optimizing operations. It is a fulltime officebased position with exciting incentives designed to reward high performance.

Duties:
- Oversee daily financial operations including cash flow management budgeting and forecasting.
- Drive cost control and operational efficiency to maximize profitability.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
- Analyse financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Lead and mentor a team of cost accountants fostering a highperformance culture.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline financial processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with external auditors banks and other financial stakeholders.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:
- Matric (Grade 12
- BCom Accounting Finance
- BCom Honours / CTA
- CA(SA) or Completed CIMA Qualification is a MUST!!
Experience:
- Completed SAICA or SAIPA Articles
- 5 years experience in financial management with at least 3 years in operational finance.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards & regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Handson approach someone who enjoys getting involved in operations and optimizing processes.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fastmoving environment.
