Position Summary
Responsible for assisting with related HR disciplines; benefits general human resources and human resources office administration.
Reports To: Human Resources Director
Responsibilities of the Position
Daily operations of recruiting screening and interviewing applicants for prospective employment and including writing and placing recruitment advertisements.
Assists the Human Resources Manager with policy and procedure preparation handbook updates and the implementation and coordination of medical center compensation program.
Assists with the development of job descriptions and job analysis.
Facilitates onboarding new employees and new hire orientation.
Maintains Human Resources Information System and compiles reports from database.
Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
Other duties as assigned.
