We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to join Marsh Commercial in our Commercial team in Peterborough. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement to work three days per week in the office.
The role: Client Advisor
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Client Advisor to join our Commercial team located in our Peterborough offices.
This is the perfect role for someone with a background in Commercial insurance whether that is Commercial Claims or Underwriting looking to move into a Handler role or for an experienced Commercial Client Advisor looking to develop their skills further within a Global Market Leader.
If you enjoy providing exceptional customer service talking to people and have a good level of attention to detail and time management then wed love to hear from you.
We will rely on you to:
- Work with Client Executives to retain and generate new business by leveraging strategy information and managing contract reviews and midterm changes.
- Strive to meet sales goals by partnering with Client Executives
- Work on all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
- Manage all day to day queries renewals amendments and midterm adjustments
- Build and maintain relationships with clients prospects client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth.
- Perform critical client functions including: evaluating risks; reviewing loss experience cash flow and financials; developing solutions; articulating impact of options; leveraging prepared analytics and making recommendations to client across product lines.
- Serve as a client contact for daytoday needs and answer standard or more difficult client questions to improve the client experience.
What you need to have:
- Commercial Insurance is essential however that can be from a Handler Underwriting or Claims background.
- Ambitious nature and a keen contributor within a team environment
- Articulate with strong client facing and stakeholder management abilities
