POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Customer Support Advisor youll be the first point of contact for boat and ATV shoppers providing expert guidance and personalized support. Youll respond to customer inquiries conduct proactive outreach and help connect customers with their local Tracker Boat Center sales teams. Your role is key in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving engagement through timely knowledgeable and friendly service.
