Job Description

Works closely with the President and senior leadership in support of strategic leadership initiatives for the enterprise. Serves as a primary resource and point of contact for the President. Develops and coordinates executive materials and enterprise reports.

Core Responsibilities

1. Works with the IMG Leadership team to design and develop divisional OKRs and strategic business plans. Demonstrates initiative and creativity in refining strategy plans and goals for IMG. Helps drive strategic priorities ensuring identified objectives and key results remain top of mind and embedded in prioritized initiatives and investment plans.

2. Responsible for designing and coordinating strategic offsites for the divisions senior leadership team. Creates and develops content and agendas and coordinates across all participants. Contributes ideas and perspectives and actively challenges the team.

3. Authors and supports the design and development of regularly scheduled Board of Director reports. Works closely with the IMG Leadership Team to coordinate the timely delivery of materials. Responsible for final review and signoff of Board of Directors and other materials before materials are sent to President.

4. Designs high level presentations for use by the President in various internal and external speaking engagements. Works closely with data and provides distilled information in a userfriendly format. Develops presentations on a wide variety of topics as assigned by the President.

5. Works with relevant partners in the business (e.g. Financial Advisor Services) and Public Relations to map out client and PR engagement plans that prioritizes key clients / media outlets. Helps with prep materials for engagements (e.g. presentations talking points)

6. Serves as central contact and works with key business partners including Human Resources Finance Communications Portfolio Review Department Legal to ensure IMG is proactively addressing any issues/concerns identified.

7. Coordinates amongst the subdivisional Chiefs of Staff to ensure that the division is fully aligned on strategic priorities with efficient cascade protocols in place.

8. Runs all senior leadership staff meetings and IMG Townhalls. Creates and develops content and agendas and coordinates efforts. Ensures meetings are run effectively and efficiently tracking and followingup on action items. Manages meeting formats obtains feedback on the meeting experience and modifies as needed in partnership with the President and senior leaders.

9. Leads and participates in key projects as assigned. Uses project management best practices to develop project plans timelines and manage delivery and/or of the project with relevant status updates as needed.

10. Completes adhoc data analysis per the Presidents request. Also serves as a conduit for highlevel IMG data to internal departments as well as other divisions.

11. This position is fulltime in our Malvern office (Mon through Fri).

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree required. MBA preferred.

  • Minimum eight years related work experience.

  • Demonstrated ability and success in the areas of leadership strategic thinking analytical skills interpersonal and relationship skills.

  • Strong project management and collaboration skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Selfstarter with strong ability to work quickly and independently with attention to detail and sensitivity to constantly changing deadlines.

  • Excellent judgment and problemsolving skills.

  • Ability to appropriately manage highly confidential sensitive data.

  • Proficiency in MS Office product suite including Excel Word PowerPoint.
