Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Plan execute and monitor ITrelated projects including scope budget resource allocation and timelines and oversee the successful of the projects from initiation to closure. These projects will be mainly focused on Google Workspace
- Detect areas that can be improved in order to be more efficient or can benefit the rest of the Fever family and design projects that will achieve those improvements.
- Control and monitor the use and budget of Fever main tools (IT Tools Adobe Google projects and other similar tools).
- Provide regular updates to management on IT operations projects and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with thirdparty vendors negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.
ABOUT YOU:
- 2/3 years in a project management role or consulting background.
- Proven experience in IT operations with a focus on project management and cloud environment management.
- Deep knowledge of Google Workspace experience with other similar environments would be a plus.
- Fluent English and Spanish. Other languages are a plus
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Youll be solutionfocused identifying problem areas and then creating plans to find resolutions
- Youll have strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships
- Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts
