Work Schedule: Monday Friday 8:30 am 5:00 pm (Some oncall responsibilities)

As an Intensive Care Coordination Case Manager at HamptonNewport News Community Services Board you will be at the forefront of providing crucial support to children with Serious Emotional Disturbance or Intellectual or Developmental Disability. To excel as an Intensive Care Coordination Case Manager at HamptonNewport News Community Services Board candidates must possess a Bachelors degree in Human Services such as Social Work Psychology or Counseling and a valid drivers license. Additionally at least two years of experience providing childrens mental health services to children with a mental health diagnosis. Knowledge and experience with DSM V diagnosing and experience in care management functions.
