Vancouver Pile Driving Ltd. is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Junior HSE Coordinator to join our dynamic team! This role offers handson experience in safety practices within the exciting field of marine and industrial construction.
Location: North Vancouver Head Office

Role Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining safety records and monitoring compliance.
- Review safety documentation and provide feedback.
- Support safety planning and deliver worker orientations.
- Participate in safety training sessions and toolbox talks.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct site inspections hazard assessments and incident investigations.
- Promote and maintain a safe working environment with the team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 25 years or educational background in health and safety ideally in construction or a related field.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Tech Savvy: Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in remote locations and on rotation shifts.
- Certification: Occupational First Aid Level 3 certification or willingness to obtain.
- Preferred: CSO NCSO or RCSO certification.
