Where does this role fit in

Youll join our Technology & Business Solutions team and report to the Senior Data Analyst. The insights you provide will be used across the organisation from performance dashboards to one off deep dive analysis for key decisions. Youll be our go to person for helping teams understand their performance and spot opportunities for improvement.

What skills and experience do you need

Were looking for someone who is:

  • Comfortable working with data youve used tools like Power BI SSRS or SQL in a recent role
  • Able to explain data in simple terms to others whether thats in a report meeting or dashboard
  • Good at working on more than one task at a time keeping things organised and clear
  • Curious and likes spotting patterns or opportunities in numbers
  • Someone who enjoys helping others learn whether thats training colleagues or improving data quality
  • Experience in data and performance roles
  • A degree or similar work experience related to data analysis or business intelligence

What are the pay and benefits

  • This salary for this role is fixed at 50101 for a 37 hour full time permanent position

Our interview process will consist of two stages:

  1. First Stage: A 30 minute teams call week commencing 12th May
  2. Second Stage: Selected candidates will be invited to attend an in person interview week commencing 19th May in our Newport office. This will include a panel interview and data related task.

Please note that progression to the second stage will depend on the outcome of the first stage
