Job Description
Our client is an established and respected law firm specializing in estate planning elder law and special needs planning. They seek an experienced Senior Associate or PartnerLevel Attorney passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on special needs trusts MediCal SSI and public benefits.
- Create tailored estate plans including wills trusts and healthcare directives.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to firm leadership.
- Engage in business development and client relationship management.
Qualifications
- JD and California Bar license.
- 5 years experience in special needs and estate planning.
- Strong leadership communication and drafting skills.
