Our team is seeking an intermediate Integration Developer at our North American Headquarters located in Edmonton Alberta. The primary focus of this role is the design development and implementation of integration processes supporting PCLs business applications. The ideal candidate possesses handson experience in API design and development ETL and data modeling.

Responsibilities
- Design develop configure and maintain APIs and integration processes
- Design develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes
- Develop and maintain code release pipelines
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Study new and existing data sources by collecting and reviewing business requirements
- Participate in and lead technical design sessions
- Monitor and track performance and address any issues
- Support production issues and complete root cause analysis
- Recommend or automate approaches to improve existing solutions and/or systems to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Define test plans and execute unit tests to ensure integration processes meet quality assurance standards
- Collaborate with senior architects to identify efficient architectures and mentor/lead more junior development resources
- Coordinate releases with other development teams by adhering to PCL change management processes
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or diploma in computer science (or equivalent education)
- 5 years of experience with:
o C# .NET development
o Relational databases such as MS SQL Server
o API design development and enabling technologies including REST SOAP XML JSON HTTP OData etc.
o data modeling and relational database design and implementation techniques
o enterprise integration patterns related to Web Services and API Management
o DevOps tools such as ADO and GitHub
o master data management and data quality management techniques
- Working experience with integration middleware tools such as Boomi Tibco MuleSoft Power Automate etc.
- Excellent problem solving and data analysis skills
- Effective communication and writing skills necessary to participate in technical discussions and information gathering sessions
- Positive cando attitude enthusiastic selfmotivated and able to manage multiple development projects simultaneously
