RPO Recruitments client is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team in Paarl Western Cape.
The role is based at a farm office on an olive farm and involves providing administrative support to the team including communication office management and handling bankrelated tasks.
Responsibilities:
Handle salesrelated queries respond to emails and manage general admin tasks
Perform basic office administration duties
Make 45 client calls per day
Pay farm worker wages
Answer and direct phone calls
Handle bank statements and assist with estaterelated administrative tasks
Support the farm manager and coordinate with the remote accountant
Communicate with external supply partners
Requirements:
Matric certificate
Experience with Pastel and Sage
Relevant administrative certifications (advantageous)
High level of trustworthiness especially with financial tasks
Comfortable working in a slowerpaced farmbased environment
Open to candidates with varying experience levels
