Job Description

RPO Recruitments client is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team in Paarl Western Cape.
The role is based at a farm office on an olive farm and involves providing administrative support to the team including communication office management and handling bankrelated tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle salesrelated queries respond to emails and manage general admin tasks

  • Perform basic office administration duties

  • Make 45 client calls per day

  • Pay farm worker wages

  • Answer and direct phone calls

  • Handle bank statements and assist with estaterelated administrative tasks

  • Support the farm manager and coordinate with the remote accountant

  • Communicate with external supply partners

Requirements:

  • Matric certificate

  • Experience with Pastel and Sage

  • Relevant administrative certifications (advantageous)

  • High level of trustworthiness especially with financial tasks

  • Comfortable working in a slowerpaced farmbased environment

  • Open to candidates with varying experience levels
