Job Description
We are now recruiting for an Office Administrator tosupport day-to-day administrative tasks coordinate communication between departments and assist with general office management responsibilities. Whilst advertised as a full time position we would be willing to consider applications from candidates looking for a part time role.
As an Office Administrator you tasks will include but are not limited to;
- Handle general administrative duties including filing data entry and document management.
- Manage emails phone calls and correspondence ensuring timely responses and professional communication.
- Assist in scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements for team members.
- Maintain and organise office supplies ensuring stock levels are monitored and replenished as needed.
- Support invoice processing expense tracking and financial administration where required.
- Assist in the preparation of reports presentations and official documents.
- Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth business operations.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies while maintaining confidentiality.
- Handle customer and supplier inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Provide general office support to leadership and staff as needed.
You will have good English and Maths skills (minimum GCSE grade 9-4 or equivalent) and will ideally have completed an NVQ in Business Administration. Attention to detail excellent communication Skills (written and verbal) and excellent organisation details are essential in this addition you will have strong interpersonal skills the ability to multitask and the ability to manage your time effectively.
