THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR JUNIOR MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST
YOUR ROLE:
As a Junior Maintenance Specialist in our real estate and property management company you are vital to maintaining our properties. Your responsibilities include fixing plumbing issues addressing electrical tasks performing roof repairs clearing gutters and rehanging doors. Your carpentry plumbing and general maintenance skills ensure the quality of the homes we manage. We look forward to having you on our team.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in repairing and maintaining homes
- Experience in repair/maintenance of plumbing leaks stopups electrical carpentry roofing gutters
