Veterans Inc. the largest provider of services to veterans and their families throughout New England is looking for a professional highly motivated goaloriented skilled and hardworking individual to fill the Rapid Rehousing and Homeless Prevention Case Manager position and become a valued member of Veterans Inc. team!
The Supportive Services for Veterans and Families (SSVF) Case Manager is responsible for delivering supportive services to veterans in the areas of homelessness prevention rapid rehousing outreach and permanent housing placement for veterans and their families enrolled in Veterans Inc. programs. This position will be assisting Montanabased veterans.
The qualified candidate must have substantial experience working in a human services setting with homeless individuals a dependable work ethic and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
This position will be remote in the Great Falls area but it will include local travel for outreach activities to serve clients throughout the area.
