About the opportunity:

Kinetic IT is on the lookout for an experienced organisational Change Manager to join us on a contract engagement through to December 2025. In this role youll help our customers navigate and embrace change from new technologies and systems to improved ways of working all while minimising disruption and building longterm capability.

Youll play a key role in delivering change outcomes across highimpact projects and service improvement initiatives. Youll work alongside experienced delivery teams technical specialists and business leaders to bring change in a way that sticks.

As we continue to grow youll also get involved in shaping whats next lending your expertise to future initiatives and helping us create meaningful lasting impact across our customer environments.

What youll be doing:

  • Leading change planning and delivery across multiple enterprise IT projects.
  • Developing and executing change strategies plans and artefacts aligned to project goals and organisational readiness.
  • Engaging with project sponsors leaders and SMEs to drive awareness training and adoption.
  • Conducting impact and readiness assessments stakeholder analysis and resistance management planning.
  • Supporting communication training and sponsor activation efforts.
  • Measuring change success and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Helping to build internal change capability and promote a consistent strategic approach to change across projects.

About you:

Youre a selfdriven Change Manager who thrives in complex environments and knows how to bring people along the change journey. Youve got:

  • 35 years experience delivering enterprise IT change using structured change management methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills especially with technical teams leaders and end users.
  • Comfortable working across multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining clarity and focus.
  • Confident in engaging with Clevel stakeholders and articulating the organisational benefits of change.
  • A track record of creating and executing change plans training programs and communication strategies that drive adoption.
  • PROSCI certification is preferred though other relevant change management certifications will also be considered.
  • Experience supporting security infrastructure or digital transformation projects (desirable but not essential).
