About the Role
Were looking for a Chief of Staff to be the CEOs right hand someone who can operate across the boardroom and the war room. This is a highimpact hightrust role where youll drive fundraising build strong investor relationships lead strategic projects and own orgwide executionfrom revenue ops to biz ops to leading crossfunctional initiatives.
Youll be a force multiplier for the leadership team helping scale the companys vision by translating ideas into action aligning teams to strategy and ensuring accountability on goals.
What Youll Own
Fundraising and Investor Relations
Own endtoend fundraising including market research narrative development deck building financial preparation due diligence coordination and investor outreach
Manage and deepen relationships with existing and prospective investors
Lead investor communications including quarterly updates performance reviews and board presentations
Business and Revenue Operations
Identify and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth and efficiency
Partner with revenue leaders to measure and optimize performance
Set up and scale systems across Sales Marketing and Customer Success to unlock new growth opportunities
Strategic and Leadership Alignment
Serve as a thought partner to the CEO helping prioritize and execute highleverage decisions
Lead OKR and KRA planning cycles to align leadership and track progress
Run weekly leadership meetings monitor crossfunctional accountability and ensure followthrough on priorities
Step in to lead special projects or fill temporary leadership gaps when necessary
DataDriven Decision Making
Collaborate with Product GTM Finance and Analytics teams to enable highquality decisionmaking
- Ensure visibility of key metrics and operational health across the leadership team
What Were Looking For
- 612 years of experience across business operations consulting strategy venture capital or startup leadership roles
- Demonstrated success in highownership roles where youve driven initiatives from idea to
- Prior experience in fundraising investor relations or engagement with venture ecosystems
- Strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically while executing tactically
- Excellent stakeholder management organizational and communication skills
- Highly resourceful selfmotivated and comfortable in a fastpaced ambiguous environment
