Glow Brands is seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead marketing strategy and across our diverse portfolio of brands. In this role the CMO will collaborate closely with the team to drive growth increase customer engagement and enhance profitability through effective marketing strategies across digital instore and media channels. Key Responsibilities
Drive growth in customer counts sales and EBITDA across all brands.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and ensure brand recognition.
Lead digital and traditional marketing efforts including SEO SEM social media email content marketing and traditional channels (print TV radio).
Optimize marketing technology and analytics to improve efficiency performance and ROI.
Manage and allocate the marketing budget ensuring effective use of resources across campaigns.
Analyze market trends customer insights and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the industry.
Lead mentor and inspire the marketing team to achieve departmental goals and foster professional growth.
Collaborate crossfunctionally with sales product and customer service teams to improve customer acquisition engagement and retention.
Build and maintain relationships with media industry influencers and external partners to enhance brand awareness.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and uphold ethical standards in all marketing efforts.
Report on marketing performance adjusting strategies to deliver measurable results and align with business objectives.
Work closely with senior leadership to define business goals and translate them into actionable marketing initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field required
10 years of progressive experience in a marketing leadership role
Demonstrated success in leading multibrand marketing strategies and campaigns
Experience managing advertising agencies in creative and media planning
Experience in new product launches and developing gotomarket strategies
Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate with upperlevel executives and franchisee operators
An innovative mindset with the ability to disrupt and drive forwardthinking strategies
Work Conditions and Physical Demands
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Manual dexterity required to operate a computer keyboard mouse phone and other office equipment.
Ability to work effectively in an office environment.
Occasional need to stand walk sit reach with arms and perform activities such as stooping kneeling or crouching.
Location and Relocation Requirements
The CMO will work daily onsite at the Louisville Corporate office.
