Job Description
Looking for a career opportunity Join this dedicated team at a worldclass company as a warehouse line lead in Mooresville NC. In this position youll play a vital part in the production process and help to bring products to markets worldwide. Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
Shift: Morning Rotational 3 days one week 4 days the next and working every other weekend)
Schedule: 6:00am 6:00pm 12hour shifts)
Pay rate: $23.00
Responsibilities:
- Provide the daytoday guidance and management of individuals in your area of responsibility with respect to quality training and workflow
- Perform routine inventory cycle counts
- Partner with representatives from other departments to provide production information as requested
- Provide feedback to supervisors and managers as needed
- Enforce standard safety procedures within a production setting
- Complete reports and paperwork to maintain required work information
Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills written skills and documentation skills in both Spanish and English
- Ability to manage up to 10 individuals in a fastpaced environment
- Experience using Microsoft Office 365 email and other computer software
- Ability to prepare and confidently present reports
- Confidently present information and/or engage in discussion in oneonone and small group situations with team members and other employees
- May also engage in frequent bending stooping squatting pushing and pulling of parts
- Due to the environment of the warehouse you must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions including extreme heat humidity and cold.
- Lifting requirements are 1025 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years experience in a production environment
- Must read write and clearly communicate in both Spanish and English
- Must have Lead Experience
