Job Responsibilities:
Assist the PMO team in tracking project progress resources risks and compiling related data;
Support project planning task breakdown and milestone management for automotive design projects;
Help organize project meetings take minutes and follow up on action items;
Contribute to the optimization and standardization of project management processes templates and documentation systems;
Coordinate communication between crossfunctional teams (Design Engineering Procurement etc.;
Complete other projectrelated support tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial Design Automotive Engineering Mechanical Engineering Project Management Business Administration or a related field;
Strong interest in the automotive industry basic understanding of automotive design and development processes is a plus;
Excellent communication organizational and analytical skills;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Project etc.; familiarity with project management tools such as Jira Notion or Trello is a plus;
Selfmotivated detailoriented and a good team player with a proactive attitude;
Comfortable working in a fastpaced crossfunctional team environment.
