The FT Financial Literacy and Inclusion Campaign (FLIC) the fastexpanding financial literacy charity founded by the Financial Times promotes financial literacy where it is needed most to have a significant sustainable societal impact. The Role
The Head of Development will play a pivotal role in expanding FT FLICs research policy and advocacy initiatives particularly within the areas of financial literacy inclusion exploitation and economic inequality. You will lead fundraising efforts to support new research and policy campaigns secure strategic partnerships and develop impactful advocacy initiatives that drive policy change. Youll have experience in developing and executing fundraising strategies as well as a strong understanding of economic inequality and the intersection between media literacy digital literacy and financial education.

Salary range
A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is 55000 to 60000. To ensure pay fairness the successful candidate will be offered a salary within the estimated salary range based on a number of considerations including but not limited to: skill set; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organisational needs.
