The Role:
- Provides timely and accurate financial record keeping and reporting as directed by management with limited supervision.
What You Will Do:
- Maintaining financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards.
- Creating reports on financial performance for internal and external use.
- Performing balance sheet and P&L reconciliations.
- Creating and utilizing automated tools for the updating analyzing and reporting of consolidated financial results.
- Preparation of annual statutory accounts to conform to Local UK GAAP accounting standard requirements.
- Coordinates activities for audit reviews performed by the internal and external auditors.
- Prepares and submits relevant tax schedules as required for US TAX / Local Country Tax / VAT

- Accounting: Knowledge of accounting methods processes and tools; ability to maintain and prepare financial statements and reports using accounting methods and processes.
- Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.
- Financial Record Keeping: Knowledge of financial record keeping processes methods and tools; ability to maintain accurate and thorough records of financial transactions.
- Financial Reporting: Knowledge of processes methods and tools of financial reporting; ability to create and maintain accurate and thorough financial reports.
Top Candidates Will have:
- possess a recognised accounting qualification such as ACCA ACA or CIMA.
- Expertise in managing lease agreements and lease accounting including the preparation and analysis of financial statements related to leased assets. Proven ability to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Proven ability to build trust influence and support with complex accounting situations through effective communication. Demonstrated team work mentality in supporting business partners to fostering strong relationships both within and outside the organisation.
- Proven track record in driving continuous improvement initiatives leveraging analytical skills to identify opportunities for process enhancements. Demonstrated ability to support crossfunctional teams in implementing effective solutions fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency within the organisation.

Hours: In office Monday Friday full time 37.5 hours.
