Meet the team:
Were looking for a conceptually strong detailoriented Senior Graphic Designer with a passion for visual storytelling and a pulse on emerging trendsespecially with integrated campaigns. Youll bring ideas to life with design thats equal parts strategic and scrollstopping all while helping elevate the Dexcom brand across channels. Working within our inhouse creative team youll partner closely with writers designers project managers and marketers to craft thoughtful humancentered work that drives connection and impact.
Where you come in:
- Design compelling visuals that clearly communicate complex product stories across digital social and print channels
- Develop motion graphics and animations that enhance storytelling and engagement across campaign product and social contentwhile helping establish animation guidelines and reusable templates for the brand
- Collaborate with copywriters art directors and crossfunctional partners to concept and execute highquality creative
- Help lead the creative development and of campaigns product launches and socialfirst content
- Stay up to date on social media and design trends using them to push creative forward
- Present work clearly and confidently both in team critiques and stakeholder reviews
- Manage your own timelines and juggle multiple projects without sacrificing quality
- Ensure final creative meets brand standards creative strategy and production specs
What makes you successful:
- 5 years of professional design experience in an inhouse or agency setting with a strong portfolio that shows versatility craft and conceptual thinking
- Experience working across multiple digital platforms including web social and emailplus a solid understanding of each platforms best practices
- Strong grasp of typography layout hierarchy and storytelling through design
- Ability to work from briefs and contribute to the development of compelling concepts
- A sharp eye for detail and commitment to creative excellence from kickoff to final file
- Familiarity with content creation for social mediaunderstanding platform formats trends and what gets attention
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Bonus: experience with Asana and Brandfolder

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 8 years of related experience.
Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
