Join our team as a FullTime Counterperson! We are looking for a dependable customerfocused individual eager to grow in a fastpaced environment for our Jeffersonville IN store. Key Responsibilities:
- Be the face of our company by establishing positive experiences with every customer interaction.
- Conduct all activities using a customer focused perspective always providing efficient and accurate expertise.
- Finalize sales using methods such as phone calls in person communication and more!
- Establish a deep knowledge of the parts and services we provide to our customers.
- Support our customers needs through always offering all product options to our customers and exemplifying our Never Say No values.
- Assist store personnel in maintaining a clean and organized store appearance.
- Contribute to the stores daily operations by processing returns and assisting newer store personnel.

Schedule:Full time up to 40 hrs per week. Stores hours of operation: MondayFriday 8am6pm Saturdays 8am3pm on rotation

Job Requirements:
- Previous 3 yearsexperience in automotivefield.
- Customer focused with strong communication skills.
- Must be at least 18years of Age
- Valid Drivers License
- No major violations
- No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years if over 25 years of age in the past 5 years if under 25 years of age
- No more than one atfault accident
- Must be able to comply with all physical requirements of position including a preemployment physical and drug test.
- Able to lift and Carry up to 50 Pounds with Both Arms.
