Senior Project Manager / Roadway Engineer
Location: Dallas Texas
Minimum Experience: 15 years
Education: BSCE or equivalent
Registration: Professional Engineer (PE)
Required Skills: AutoCAD or Microstation Civil Engineering Microsoft Office Project Management Roadway Design Transportation Engineering

Make a meaningful impact on your career client projects and the community. Our Client is seeking a Senior Project Manager Roadway to join their Dallas office.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently plan and execute work requiring sound judgment and adaptation of standard engineering techniques and procedures.
Lead and support the successful delivery of roadway and transportation design projects ensuring a positive client experience.
Serve as the project manager and/or technical expert on moderately complex projects or portions of larger projects.
Contribute to marketing and business development efforts including proposal writing client interviews and presentations.
Cultivate and strengthen client relationships both existing and new.
Manage project performance including budget schedule and risk mitigation.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and design staff.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from an ABETaccredited program.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas or ability to obtain via reciprocity.
15 years of experience in municipal transportation and stormwater project delivery.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Civil 3D and/or MicroStation.
Demonstrated success in client management project leadership and business development.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
