What youll be doing:
- Drive traffic to our website and ensure an easy userfriendly experience for potential buyers
- Assist with email marketing and customer outreach campaigns
- Monitor and improve online customer reviews and reputation
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and automotive industry innovations
- Respond to online sales inquiries and follow up with potential customers via phone email and text
- Manage and update online inventory listings to ensure accuracy and appeal
- Convert digital leads into dealership visits and closed sales
- Provide product information and support to online shoppers in a timely professional manner
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align digital efforts with instore goals
- Assist with online reputation management and customer review responses
A great attitude will get you 90 there for the rest were looking for someone who:
- Strong understanding of online sales platforms lead management and CRM tools
- Experience using social media and dealership websites to engage customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A selfstarter whos organized detailoriented and goaldriven
- Knowledge of the automotive or powersports industry is a bonusbut not a dealbreaker
- A great attitude and a genuine interest in helping people find what they love
