Location: SITE Area Karachi Pakistan (Onsite)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of a growing fashion brand with a strong ecommerce focus. This leadership role involves strategic financial planning budgeting compliance and reporting to ensure financial health and drive business growth. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in finance within the fashion or textile industry and solid knowledge of ecommerce dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Planning
- Contribute to the development and of financial strategies in line with business objectives.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Analyze market and industry trends to inform strategic financial planning.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare financial statements including P&L balance sheets and cash flow statements.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Conduct profitability assessments cost evaluations and investment analyses.
ECommerce Financial Management
- Manage financial operations related to online sales including forecasting and margin analysis.
- Monitor KPIs for ecommerce and recommend actions to improve profitability.
- Partner with digital marketing and sales teams to align promotions and pricing with financial targets.
Cash Flow Management
- Optimize working capital and manage payment cycles and investments.
- Identify and manage risks related to currency fluctuations and supplier agreements.
Cost Control & Profitability
- Implement cost control measures across sourcing production and logistics.
- Evaluate existing cost structures and suggest improvements to increase margins.
- Enhance operational efficiencies and reduce overheads.
Financial Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations.
- Lead external audits and maintain accurate timely reporting.
- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise and mentor finance team members.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and adherence to best financial practices.
- Define team roles KPIs and performance metrics.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including investors vendors and banks.
- Support supplier and vendor negotiations with financial insights.
Technology & Systems
- Enhance financial systems to improve analytics and decisionmaking.
- Oversee integration of ERP data and ecommerce platforms for better financial visibility.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: ACA ACCA CMA CIMA (PartQualified or Qualified)
- Experience: 710 years in finance with 3 years in a managerial role (fashion/ecommerce industry preferred)
- Skills:
- Strong financial modeling analysis and forecasting
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems
- Leadership and team management
- Excellent communication and commercial acumen

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 AM 06:00 PM (onsite)
- Saturday: 09:00 AM 06:00 PM (workfromhome)
