Our client for this position is a global leader in multichannel customer relations. This role offers a dynamic and supportive working environment with opportunities for growth in customer service technical support digital solutions backoffice and content moderation.
Tasks
- Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels (phone email chat).
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures.
- Assist with customer feedback and help improve service quality.
Requirements
- Native or fluent in Polish (written and spoken).
- English B2/C1 minimum.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- A positive and proactive attitude Strong communication listening and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Independence in the use of computer equipment.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts if required.
