Job Description
At LexiConn Content Services we are looking for an eLearning Developer skilled in Articulate Storyline Rise Adobe Captivate etc. The ideal candidate should be able to build the actual course based on the storyboard. The role requires the incumbent to add animations transitions triggers voiceover and interactivity. He/she should be able to package content (SCORM/xAPI) and test for LMS compatibility.
Convert instructional storyboards into functional eLearning modules
Use tools like Articulate Storyline Rise or Captivate to build learning journeys
Add animations transitions interactions audio and syncing
Package courses in SCORM/xAPI formats and test for LMS compatibility
Coordinate with visual designers for asset integration
Run quality checks to fix bugs responsiveness and UI issues
Requirements
Proficiency in at least one authoring tool (Storyline preferred)
Basic graphic editing (Photoshop/Figma) and audio handling skills
Understanding of course publishing formats (SCORM 1.2/2004 AICC xAPI)
Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot independently
Familiarity with banking or finance content is a plus
Should have a good quality laptop (i5 or above) and uninterrupted highspeed (broadband) internet.
