The Human Resource Officer will support the HR department by recruiting supporting and developing talent ensuring compliance and handling administrative tasks.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer HRrelated inquiries and address employee concerns.
Handle recruitment job postings and hiring processes.
Support management in disciplinary and grievance issues.
Maintain employee records in compliance with company policies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment standards.
Manage employee travel logistics (flights hotels transportation).
Skills
Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Strong organization and recordkeeping abilities.
Proficiency in writing communication and leadership.
Proactive innovative and detailoriented.
Computer literacy and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Payroll processing is a plus
