Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with a background in nursing or caregiving to help us identify engage and place top healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Source screen and interview qualified healthcare professionals for various roles (RNs LPNs CNAs caregivers etc.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare talent
  • Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand staffing needs
  • Manage job postings candidate communications and applicant tracking
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant employment and healthcare regulations
  • Perform endtoend recruitment process including job posting talent acquisition and sourcing
  • Review applications and conduct initial phone screenings for caregiver candidates
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess caregiver skills and experience
  • Submit offer letters and gather hiring documents before orientation
  • Manage caregiver certifications and follow up on expiring documents
  • Handle lowlevel scheduling calls (e.g. caregivers running late minor schedule changes)
  • Prepare caregivers for orientation
  • Maintain detailed documentation of recruitment processes in Well Sky
  • Collaborate with onsite recruiter to learn companyspecific hiring preferences
  • Manage HR functions such as tracking employee certifications and sending reminders
  • Answer incoming calls and provide basic information to caregivers and clients
  • Achieve a hiring target of 10 caregivers per week across all territories
Requirements
  • Nursing degree or caregiver certification
  • Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring or an equivalent background check/clearance available in the country
  • Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff a timetracking application
  • Prior experience as a nurse caregiver or in a similar clinical role (minimum 1 2 years preferred)Recruiting or talent acquisition experience is a plus but NOT required
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with caregivers clients and internal team while handling incoming phone inquiries
  • Must be comfortable answering and making calls
  • Healthcare software knowledge is a plus but NOT required (such as Wellsky)
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook Office Suite Microsoft Teams Zoom ConnectUC VoIP/Yealink system and OneDrive
  • Professionallevel English (written and verbal/voice)
  • Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)

Hardware Requirements

  • At least a 720p HD Webcam
  • A noisecanceling headset
  • At least a 25mbps primary internet connection
  • A backup laptop backup internet connection device and backup power supply in case of power outage and emergencies
  • Minimum recommendation for your main computer: Intel Core i5 or equivalent with 8 GB RAM or higher
  • Minimum recommended for your backup computer: Intel Core i3 4 GB RAM
