TPF Recruitment is supporting a dynamic and expanding accountancy practice in Horsham with the recruitment of an Audit & Accounts Manager.

About the Role:
Manage a varied portfolio of audit and accounts clients
Lead audit assignments from planning to completion
Review accounts and tax work prepared by the team
Support junior team development through supervision and mentoring
Assist senior management with business development and client engagement
Requirements
What Were Looking For:
ACA or ACCA qualified
Experience within a UK accountancy practice environment
Strong technical knowledge in both audit and accounts
Confident communicator and team leader
Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing firm
