The HR Systems & Data Specialist is the subject matter expert on Indigos HR system (UKG) with a primary accountability for system maintenance along with identifying and delivering on process improvements. In its first year this role will be accountable for setting and implementing Indigos HR Technology roadmap functioning as the primary integrator of new UKG modules to Indigos existing suite. Reporting to the Director Total Rewards & HR Technology the incumbent will likewise develop and generate dashboards and analytics in collaboration with crossfunctional and HR partners to guide strategic decisions.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Functional
- Administer maintain and troubleshoot the HR system (UKG) and associated integrations on a daytoday basis supporting user needs responding to inquiries addressing issues experienced by users or system issues
- Serve as anescalation point for HRand Payrollteamson researching and resolving system or integration issues and unexpected results or process flaws
- Prepare and execute system updates rolling out new features and functionalities tooptimize performance and usability
- Conduct ongoing system audits to proactively identify and mitigate risks
- Collaborate with the UKG support team to configure implement test and maintain additional modules ensuring their successful introduction to the business as part of the HR technology roadmap
- Support payroll team to ensure smooth operation of all yearend reconciliation processes
- Ensure data quality controlintegrityand securityof all configurations within the system
- Act as a subject matter expert on HR systemrelated issues and provide training and support to endusers
- Evaluate HR system functionality to recommend enhancements for system effectiveness on an ongoing basis
- Participate in various HR projects to provide technical HR system support
- Ensure data accuracy through routine data audits and validation
- Build intelligence and insightsfrom people data by preparing dashboardson workforce metricsfor leadership teams and stakeholders. Support ad hoc reporting requests as necessary

Qualifications :
Qualifications / Experience
- 3 years of experience with HR Systems Administration and implementation particularly UKG
- Expertise in data analysis using tools such as Cognos BI and programming languages such as SQL
- Strong technical and functional knowledge of HR systems and integrations.
- Proven ability to communicate technical detailsin a clear andusable formto end users
- Knowledgeable regarding relevant legislation
- Experience in the retail/customer service industry preferred
- Demonstrated experience with understanding HR program principles and practices
- Bachelors degree in HR Management IT and/or Business Administration or a related field preferred
