Job Description
We are exclusively hiring per diem/consultant based candidates!
We are currently searching for knowledgeable and experienced bilingual (Spanish) early childhood Professional Development Consultants who are passionate about early childhood education and curating handson learning experiences. In this oncall position you will create and present inperson and/or virtual training sessions for our customers. The successful candidate will have indepth knowledge of educational best practices and extensive experience with various assessments and curricula. You should also be familiar with early learning educational standards and initiatives such as the Head Start Program Performance Standards CLASS Environment Rating Scales and QRIS systems. The ideal candidate will have wellknown certifications in the early childhood field. Realworld classroom experience is essential. Additionally excellent interpersonal skills adherence to deadlines and attention to detail are a must. You will be working closely with company executives and a variety of colleagues and customersfrom parents and teachers to highlevel administrators at the district and state levels. This position requires travel within the United States and residency within 45 minutes of a major international airport.
Qualifications :

- CLASS reliability (Infant Toddler and/or PreK tools)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Strong background in professional development and/or facilitation
- Experience working in a classroom setting
- Indepth familiarity with Head Start and/or Early Head Start
- Awareness of current education mandates and initiatives at the early childhood level
- Superb communication skills
- Ability to travel within the U.S. to support sales teams and provide professional development training
- Teaching/administrative credentials and/or academic coaching expertise beneficial but not required
