Job Description

Through our Membership Program Meadowood Napa Valley will provide enhanced recognition and referral program building on our 50year legacy of strong and impactful relationships cultivating frequent and loyal patrons who choose to call Meadowood Napa Valley their club and their home as well as their center for wine and cultural enrichment in Napa Valley. The Membership Coordinator will be the main point of contact for members daily needs and inquiries. By extending gracious personalized support and an expert level of care and coordination the Membership Coordinator will improve members connection and engagement with the club and foster an environment where they feel perennially welcome in our home. This position will strike a balance between time in the office and onthefloor acting as a dynamic representative for the membership department and resource to members throughout the property.

The starting hourly rate for this position is $26.00 $32.00 pr./hr. This is the rate Meadowood Napa Valley reasonably expects to pay. Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience education and other jobrelated qualifications.


Qualifications :

  • 34 years Private club/Hospitality/Service experience with at least 2 years of administrative or office experience
  • Bachelors Associates Degree or advanced writing experience (preferred)
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management and Property Management systems (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Excel/Sheets Word/Docs Microsoft Teams Outlook and/or comparable systems
  • Hotel Operating Systems i.e. V1 or Opera (preferred)
  • Valid Drivers License
