The Membership Programs Assistant is a vital support role within the Membership team reporting to the Membership Manager: Programs. This position assists with the preparation execution and follow-up of all member-focused programs and events while also providing general administrative support to the department. The assistant ensures seamless coordination of both public-facing and internal activities supporting logistics vendor communications reporting and department operations. This position offers growth potential into broader roles within membership special events or fundraising.
