Job Description
In this role you will:
- Analyze the direction/theme of the given game and identifies its sound needs as well as its important accents;
- Compose music and creates highly impactful SFXs in tone with the vision/theme of the games;
- Implement sound FXs in the games;
- Communicate with the dev team in the process of game development;
- Record and edit SFX vocalizations instruments;
- Actively help with the development and innovations used by the sound team;
- Expand the existing inhouse library of sound FXs and improve the techniques and the solutions applied by the team.
Qualifications :
- Deep understanding of all things audio rich experience in music composing;
- Experience in creating impactful SFX through recording processing and layering;
- Engineering skills (mixing mastering);
- Advanced REAPER user (or equivalent DAW Ableton Live ProTools Cubase Logic etc.;
- Portfolio/audio showreel;
- Eye/ear for details;
- Wellorganized autonomous and active team player;
- Innovative thinking.
Good to have
- Previous studio or field recording experience;
- Previous experience in the production of game audio;
- Previous experience in slot games audio;
- JS experience (even on basic level);
- Scripting experience (REAPER Scripting/SWS/ReaPack Lemur TouchOSC Max For Live).
