Job Description

As a High Jewellery & VIP Client Advisor you will drive sales performance across all categories with a particular focus on growing High Jewellery sales. You will cultivate strong relationships with existing VIP clients and create new connections with highnetworth individuals (HNWI) introducing them to the brand and its High Jewellery offerings. Acting as a role model and mentor you will develop the abilities of Brand Ambassadors to sell High Jewellery and deliver client presentations that demonstrate deep expertise and exceptional selling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a high level of sales performance across all product categories with a particular focus on High Jewellery.
  • Demonstrate exceptional selling skills and a deep knowledge of High Jewellery pieces and diamonds.
  • Conduct highquality sales presentations effectively handling negotiations and overcoming objections.
  • Strive for professional excellence embodying the passion savoirfaire and values of the Maison.
  • Build and nurture genuine longterm relationships with VIP clients and highnetworth individuals (HNWI).
  • Proactively engage in networking client hunting and client treatment activities to expand the client base.
  • Implement strategic action plans to recruit new highprofile clients and develop a valuable portfolio of prospects.
  • Collaborate with other stores and Head Office to ensure seamless client experiences and maintain strong relationships.
  • Organise and host exclusive events and client treatments for VIP clients High Jewellery enthusiasts and collectors with support from the marketing team.
  • Act as a local and international ambassador of the Maison participating in diverse client events.
  • Provide exceptional hospitality to clients during High Jewellery events ensuring memorable experiences.
  • Serve as a role model and mentor to less experienced High Jewellery & VIP Client Advisors helping them develop their selling skills and client relationship management.
  • Conduct High Jewellery product training sessions for store teams when new pieces or collections are introduced.
  • Support less experienced advisors during High Jewellery events and presentations ensuring they gain confidence and expertise.
  • Maintain a high level of vigilance to ensure the safety and security of both staff and products.
  • Adhere to all security protocols and procedures ensuring a secure environment for clients and team members.

Qualifications :

Who You Are

  • Fluent in the local language and fluent in spoken and written English. Other languages (e.g. Chinese Arabic) are a plus.
  • Possess deep knowledge of jewellery and GIA certified.
  • Robust portfolio of High Jewellery clients.
  • Proven record of delivering high jewellery sales results resultoriented with commercial acumen and a strong indepth knowledge of the luxury retail industry. Your focus on results drives the business forward.
  • Inherent interest in the jewellery industry which drives your passion for excellence.
  • A proactive leader who takes initiative and drives meaningful impact.
  • An effective and clear communicator with clients and team members ensuring everyone understands the brands vision and objectives.
  • Excellent presentation skills making complex information accessible and engaging.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation skills to close highvalue sales.
  • Provide a seamless and luxurious client experience reflecting the brands commitment to quality and sophistication.
  • A creative thinker to improve sales strategies and client engagement staying ahead of industry trends and competitor practices. Your innovative approach drives business growth.
  • Presentable diplomatic and confident in influencing others always seeking new ways to enhance the brands presence and drive business performance.
  • Demonstrate initiative accountability and a commitment to excellence.

  • Nurture and strengthen relationships with clients particularly VIP clientele.

  • Mentor and support team members fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) able to use a POS system and strong digital presentation skills. Your technical skills support efficient business operations.
