Job Description
Were seeking a detailoriented and proactive individual to join the Analytical Sciences Lab Operations Support team. Youll assist with daily lab functions and ensure a safe efficient and compliant environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage laboratory supplies reagents inventory and media preparation
- Handle compressed gases and cryogenic liquids safely
- Monitor and maintain controlled temperature units fume hoods and biological safety cabinets (BSC)
- Use electronic systems to track equipment maintenance calibration and coordinate workflows
- Manage paper lab notebooks and logbooks
- Clean organize and label lab spaces according to procedures
- Perform tasks in areas handling potent chemical compounds
Qualifications :
- Associate degree (AS) in Life Sciences or equivalent
- Strong computer organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to meet physical demands including lifting 25 lbs. standing for extended periods and operating lab equipment
- Knowledge of cGMP and the ability to operate multiple electronic systems
- Selfmotivated team player with adaptability and a positive attitude
- Ability to learn quickly multitask and follow company policies and procedures
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Details:
The position is fulltime SundayThursday with the hours of 8:00 am 4:00 pm with overtime as needed. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Rensselaer New York are encouraged to apply.
