Job Description
Technica LLC is seeking to hire a Site Manager on a Government contract with a place of performance in Barstow CA.
Position Summary
The Site Manager establishes procedures enforces policies and makes decisions guiding productivity quality and cost efficiency of operations. Directs manages and optimizes the overall operation. Establishes systems and products to collect metrics analyze productivity and set performance targets that will meet requirements and cost goals. In addition the Site Manager ensures robust safety and security procedures and training are in place and that operations follow all procedures and required regulations. Leads any labor relations activities involving the Site. Coordinates with project support functions including contracts finance safety quality and human resources to ensure alignment with overall Site operations. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for successful performance within budget. Knowledge of the managed service effort areas and resources and deep understanding of the overall mission. Develops strong working relationships with the customer and prime contractor.
Requirements:
- Must have a working knowledge of the government program contract requirements policies work methods technical manuals and/or other established guidelines
- Must have High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be computer literate (Microsoft Word Excel Outlook electronic timesheets expense reports)
- Must possess a current and valid state drivers license
- Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to squat or kneel on continuous occasions
- Must be able to read write and speak English
- GCSS Army experience preferred
- Class A CDL appreciated
