Job Description
Envoy is looking for a boardcertified or boardeligible General Anesthesiologist for a clinic in regional New York.
Compensation: $500K $510k base Bonuses $100K starting and retention bonuses $15K annual bonus and $15K paid relocation)
Highlights of the Opportunity:
- Comfortable 1:7 weekend call schedule
- Protected postcall day off
- Bread and Butter Anesthesiology practice with Ortho Urology OB healthy Pediatric cases
- No neuro cardiac or vascular cases
- $200K loan repayment or $100K starting/retention bonuses
- $15k annual bonus incentives
- Collegial team environment supportive of shared worklife balance
WorkLife Balance:
- 1:7 call rotation
- Protected postcall days off
- 3day weekend following weekend call
Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits:
- Total Initial Compensation Package (new Grads) $630K 640K
- $500K $510k base compensation
- $100K starting and retention bonuses
- $15K annual bonuses
- $15K paid relocation
- $200k student loan repayment option
- 8 weeks of paid time off
- Comprehensive benefits including medical dental vision prescription disability and malpractice insurance
- Reimbursement for primary licensure fees DEA fees and renewals
- $10000 bonus if you refer a physician that we hire on a fulltime basis; $20000 referral bonus if you refer an Anesthesiologist
