- Actively participate in the financial management of projects including the preparation of information and progress tracking dashboards.
- Conduct proactive data analysis identifying trends and potential issues.
- Collaborate effectively with various teams for alignment and efficient problemsolving.
- Manage user access to systems ensure adherence to closing deadlines and maintain organized financial documentation (Purchase Requisitions Invoices).
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and gather consumption information related to project contracts.
- Control the budget (CAPEX/OPEX) for the Centers of Excellence (CoEs) area.
- Prepare and lead meetings with relevant stakeholders and develop management reports to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation (plans schedules meeting minutes).
Qualifications :
- Degree in Computer Engineering Information Systems Management Economics or related fields.
- 515 years of professional experience in administrative and/or financial areas with prior experience in financial processes.
- Maintenance of financial documentation Purchase Order issuance budget control (CAPEX/OPEX).
- Experience in creating and maintaining project documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel is a plus); knowledge of project management tools (Jira Asana MS Project) is an advantage.
- Strong critical analysis effective collaboration problemsolving access management and adherence to deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for meetings and reports.
- Fluency in English.
