Our HR IT department cooperates closely with the central department located in Germany in order to keep the HR IT systems of BOSCH running and up to date. Our team is looking for a trainee to support us in our communication & change management activities related to both our transversal department activities as well as our Automation projects. This trainee will be joining our dynamic and multicultural Global Business Services organization in Lisboa assuming the following responsibilities:
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
Education: University degree in Business Administration Marketing or any comparable university background;
Experience: High interest in digital transformation and agile methods and proficiency in using MS Office tools;
Know how: Excellent moderation and communication skills and strong time management planning and organizational skills;
Languages: Fluent English both written and spoken (C1 level); German would be an asset;
Personality: Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with others.
