Job Description
As the go-to planning lead for coordinating unforgettable incursions and excursions youll lead the charge in crafting experiences that children and parents trustall while driving profitable purpose-driven programs that align with Junior Adventures Groups vision.
Become the local subject matter expert of event coordination supporting every stage of the planning cycle to deliver seamless show-stopping events and experiences.
Your mission:
- Create and design unforgettable excursions that spark curiosity joy and childhood memories.
- Work to engage and coordinate local sports and entertainment providers to operate onsite incursions.
- Partner with marketing colleagues to support delivery of innovative and fun childrens craft take home activities that will delight parents.
What youll do:
- Shape and deliver strategic program roadmaps infused with fun and adventure.
- Collaborate across ops marketing and finance to bring fun and innovative ideas to life.
- Analyse feedback and data to fine-tune every experience for max impact.
- Align programs with national events excursions and local school experiences.
- Support and contribute to venue safety risk assessments to ensure safety standards are upheld.
- Negotiate with commercial partners to drive value and differentiation.

Qualifications :
What youll bring:
- 2-3 years experience within an events or marketing role
- Excellent planning and coordination skills
- Demonstrated ability to source and negotiate with suppliers
- Strong data analysis budgeting and forecasting skills
- A degree in business events or marketing is advantageous
