Job Description
The expected salary range for this position is between $ 135000 $155000 USD per year
Reporting to the VP Paid Media you will create impact within our Programmatic capability. We take pride in our achievements setting us apart in the industry.
Youll contribute to support the business through consulting with clients to advance their strategy implementing media and technology programs on behalf of amazing brands pitching and supporting all aspects of our clients media activation. Additionally you will develop and support their team and the display department as a whole through training mentorship and larger process implementation.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Promote the latest Programmatic technology solutions and industry trends
- Collaborate across our teams to create holistic advertiser solutions that span all areas of the digital spectrum
- Mentor and educate members of the Programmatic Display Team to enhance platform expertise client performance and individuals ongoing personal development
- Manage resourcing and allocation across a large client portfolio
- Partner with Business Development to develop strategies for prospective clients including asset development client communication and inperson client presentations
- Align with leaders across the business to create best practices develop processes and promote knowledgesharing
- Oversee/ensure deal economics media allocation and advertiser investment decisions
- Develop client analysis to build and advance client strategies
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in overseeing the management & success of a large client portfolio
- Demonstrated expertise of display advertising specifically programmatic realtime bidding DSP platforms attribution models and associated technologies
- Skills using Google / Digital Marketing Products including Campaign Manager Display & Video 360 GA4
- Familiarity with demonstrating a structured way of working with the ability to cope with competing demands
- Adept at Excel/Sheets skills are essential Macros & SQL capabilities
- Clientcentric Youll love getting to know your clients developing longlasting relationships and adding value to their business.
- Analytics & Reporting Youll be a whizz at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.
- Process Improvement You seek and implement solutions to streamline and automate processes.
- Creative Problem Solving You generate unique ideas and experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues.
- Team Collaboration Youll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
